Purchases

New licenses can be purchased online through our website. License information (License ID, Activation Password, and Receipt) is emailed to you automatically after completing the checkout process.

Software renewal is set up automatically and covers continued access to the software, upgrades, and licensing services. By completing the purchase, you are authorizing IES to automatically renew your license annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Refund Policy

We encourage you to try the software before purchasing. We offer a 30-day refund on new license purchases, if you are dissatisfied with a product.

Please note that annual renewals are not eligible for refunds. If you do not want your software to renew, you must cancel before the annual renewal date.

If you are having difficulties with any program, we offer free Technical Support.

Pricing

IES prices may change at any time. We generally do annual adjustments for cost-of-living and to reflect product benefits with new features. Maintenance and subscription costs may also change over time. If you receive a price quote from us or through our system, we will honor that quote for 30 days.

Purchase Orders

IES can accept purchase orders in limited circumstances. For new customers, please Contact Sales for additional information.

Large or Special Orders

The online shopping cart is set up for simple orders. If you wish to make a large purchase (e.g. more than $10,000) or want to make changes between license types, please call or email. If you work for a non-profit organization (e.g. Engineers without Borders) you may qualify for a discount.

Please Contact Sales first to discuss the options or get specific quotes for changes, or anything you cannot do in the shopping cart.

Annual Renewal Payments

When you purchase online, annual license renewal is set up automatically and covers continued access to the software, upgrades, and licensing services. The account contact will receive automated email notifications regarding pending payments and/or notices of expired payment information. Automatic annual renewals typically process one day prior to the license expiration date.
