Maintenance Coverage

Each single-user or network license is covered by 1 year of maintenance, which covers all product upgrades, technical support, and licensing services.  The cost of maintenance varies by product and license type, but is typically in the range of 10-20% of the new price for the product.  There is a Quick Order form on the website where you can find current pricing for various IES products.

Expired Licenses

With expired maintenance, existing installations will continue to work. However, you will not be able to activate, deactivate, or change machines.  If a machine breaks-down, you could be stuck without software until you renew or upgrade (depending on license and dates).
