The tab displays several sets of load-independent results, including: interaction diagram extreme points (pure tension/compression, pure bending, and balance points), initial stiffness, and uncracked transformed section properties.
The moments of inertia reported under Initial Stiffness and the uncracked transformed properties (such as A, Ix, Iy, Sx, Sy) are both calculated at low load levels—before the steel has yielded and while the concrete behaves nearly linearly. The uncracked transformed properties are based on the original (uncracked) section geometry. In both cases, the steel is transformed into an equivalent concrete area using the modular ratio, and the concrete stiffness is based on the secant stiffness at low strains (EInitial).
Note: Since section properties are load-independent (i.e., not tied to a result case), they are available in the Interaction Diagram and Interaction Surface views, in addition to the Stress Result view.
