IES is now offering regular online training sessions, at no cost to you. These FREE training sessions will be about 30 minutes in length, with question and answer time. The Q&A is open to any questions you might have about the software. Training is be recorded and available for later viewing anytime. Find out more>

search for specific answers. Best of all it is available 24/7/365, with
no waiting. Get your questions answered.
Upgrades are newer versions that must be purchased, in contrast to updates (or patches) that are always free. The latest version and release notes for each product can be found on the downloads page. We do have a 3-month grace-period on upgrades. If you purchase a new product, then any upgrade of that same product, released within 3-months, is automatically free to you. If you purchased a maintenance plan for a product, then upgrades are free during your maintenance contract.
